Cancel anytime — but once you cancel, rejoining is at the regular $75/month. This price lock applies to the membership fee only; it does not apply to tutoring sessions or any other promotion.
Members save 50% on one full one-hour session each month — your single biggest saving. Any additional sessions are at the regular rate, unless otherwise on sale.

With your permission, Mrs. Barnes coordinates by email with your child's teacher, professor, counselor, coach, or IEP/504 team — so tutoring stays aligned with what's happening in class.

A $20 deposit is required to book any session and is applied toward that session.
Cancellations made the same day as the session carry a $20 non-refundable fee.
If a scheduled session is missed with no notice, a $25 fee applies.
