Accounts, booking, texting, and the rules of the house.
Last updated August 2026. These are the terms for using the Tutor'n 4 All Children website and booking tutoring with Mrs. Barnes, operated by BusTrusted LLC. Full service terms, cancellation rules, and payment policy are in the Tutoring Service Agreement and Payment & Cancellation Policy every family signs.
Parents create their own family account and their child's sign-in, and are responsible for keeping those passwords private. A child's account is controlled by the parent. Tutor accounts are granted by Mrs. Barnes only.
Sessions are booked online. A small deposit reserves a session and is applied to it. Cancellation windows and no-show rules are stated on the pricing page and in the signed policy; those documents control.
Program: Tutor'n 4 All Children notifications (BusTrusted LLC). Description: transactional and customer-care texts — verification codes, session reminders and confirmations, and replies to your questions. You opt in by entering your mobile number and agreeing to texts when you create your account. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To cancel at any time, reply STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. For help, reply HELP or email tutor4allchildren@gmail.com. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers.
The classroom, study tools, library and language lab are for enrolled families. Do not share sign-ins, do not attempt to access another family's records, and treat the tutor and other students with respect.

We may update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
